The 7th Annual High Knob Naturalist Rally is set to take place on Saturday, September 28th, at Bark Camp Lake. Located in the heart of the Jefferson National Forest, this free event celebrates the natural world with a full day of fun and educational hikes, workshops, and programs for all ages.  New sessions will be provided along with several favorites from last year, including Mitch Whitaker from the Raptor Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky, and a Salamander and Reptile Hike led by UVA-Wise Professor Wally Smith. Back by popular demand, we will once again host a pre-rally 5k trail run along the Lakeshore Trail. More information is available here
